Today at Clarendale West End, residents enjoyed a hands-on homemade pasta-making class led by our Director of Food & Beverage, Cody Castiglia 🍝
The class was both interactive and informative as residents learned how to make fresh pasta completely from scratch: from mixing and kneading the dough, to letting it rest, rolling it out, and cutting a variety of pasta shapes including farfalle, pappardelle, lasagna sheets, and spaghetti.
