Kelly Woods
Director of Health Services
I am a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in senior living, and I am passionate about serving older adults because I truly believe this stage of life deserves dignity, compassion, and exceptional care. I’m originally from a place where strong values of family and service shaped who I am, and those values continue to guide my work today. Caring for people and making a meaningful difference in their lives is what motivates me every day. When I’m not at work, most of my free time is happily spent cheering on my son at baseball games. My goal in serving seniors is to provide high-quality, heartfelt care that supports independence, builds trust, and helps each person feel valued, heard, and at home.

Molly Stone
Director of Life Enrichment
Hi! I’m Molly Stone, the Director of Life Enrichment at Clarendale West End. I grew up in Odessa, Florida, on a large horse farm, where my dad worked as a farrier, and we boarded horses. Growing up surrounded by animals and the outdoors sparked a lifelong love for nature. From hiking and kayaking to camping and horseback riding, being outside has always been part of who I am. These passions continue today on our small farm in Springfield, Tennessee, where my partner and I care for our horses, two dogs, two cats, and even some chickens. My dog, Sydney, is a registered therapy dog with Therapy Arc of Middle Tennessee, and together we love visiting with our residents and spreading joy.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University in 2019, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2022. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in education, behavioral health, and animal therapy. These experiences that have shaped the way I approach creating meaningful, engaging experiences for our seniors.
Since moving to Nashville in 2023 to be closer to my sister and her family, I’ve felt incredibly fortunate to work with my amazing Life Enrichment team at Clarendale West End. Helping our residents find passion, purpose, and joy through activities is truly my favorite part of the job. I also love giving back to the community, and our outreach programs with residents are some of the most rewarding experiences we share.

Rita Feather
Move-In Coordinator
I joined Clarendale West End a few months before it’s opening. It has been truly rewarding to watch our community come to life. One of my greatest joys is seeing the friendships that have blossomed here and knowing I play a part in helping residents feel at home.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to Tennessee four years ago with my dog, Bean, in search of warmer weather. Fun fact: I have a rare allergy to the cold—so don’t be surprised if you see me bundled up like a tiny ninja on chilly days! My family has gradually joined me here as well. I have a son who is 21. Three of his friends have joined us along the way. They have become my kids too. This past February my mother relocated to be close to us.
My mother has some health issues. She was living in a 3000 sq ft house with her dog. I stepped in and found her a senior high rise for her & her dog in Nashville. It quickly became apparent that she needed more care. She is now in an assisted living community. This was perfect training for my role here. I can empathize both as a daughter, and from seeing my mother’s perspective during this transition.
My career has always centered on human services and healthcare, with a passion for senior living. I studied Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University, where I first became interested in aging-in-place services. Today, I feel grateful that my path has led me to Clarendale West End, where I look forward to helping our community grow and thrive.

Drew Hoyt
Executive Chef
I am the Executive Chef at Clarendale West End. I am originally from Starkville, Mississippi and have lived in Tennessee for 6 years. This is my first experience in Senior Living and I have to say that it is a very fulfilling opportunity. My wife and children love that I get to work here and are very proud of what we have done here. They always feel welcomed when they come to visit me at work. My goal at Clarendale West End is to make everyone's time here memorable. I want to not only fill bellies full of good food but also make some memories here.

Cody Castiglia
Director of Food & Beverage
Hi! I’m Cody Castiglia, your Director of Food & Beverage at Clarendale West End. I grew up in a family of chefs and restaurateurs, which sparked a lifelong passion for cooking, hospitality, and bringing people together around the table. Originally from Buffalo, New York (Go Bills!), I was raised on great Italian food and country music before realizing my longtime dream of moving to Music City in 2024. With nearly 20 years of experience in food and beverage, spanning fine dining and farm-to-table concepts, high-volume restaurants, corporate catering, and entrepreneurship. I believe that food is best when it's made: from scratch, with whole ingredients, and shared around the table with loved ones.
I’m passionate about serving in senior living because food has the power to create comfort, connection, and daily moments of joy. I deeply value relationships and the wisdom of those who have gone before us, learning from their experiences and perseverance through life’s ups and downs. My soft spot for seniors comes from a close relationship with my grandparents, I consider myself a senior at heart who enjoys an early bedtime, a vintage cookbook and a Frank Sinatra or Nat King Cole vinyl record.
My faith and family are central to who I am and guide everything I do, and I get to share life with my wife, Lia, 5 year old mini-me son, Noah, and our Bernadoodle, Custard Cannoli Castiglia.
My goal at Clarendale West End is to help change the face of senior living dining by creating delicious, memorable experiences that honor our residents’ preferences, support their wellbeing, and make every meal feel special.
I’m honored to lead an incredible team of culinary and service professionals who truly care about our residentsand strive each day to deliver excellence in food quality, variety, and service: all with warm, authentic hospitality that goes beyond mere professionalism.
