Michelle Lauer
Director of Sales & Marketing
Born into a military family, Michelle returned to her Tennessee roots 30 years ago after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a social work degree emphasizing gerontology. Joining the Clarendale team this past January, she brings over 35 years of experience collaborating with seniors and their loved ones.
Michelle feels honored to work with seniors and their families as they prepare to enter a new phase of their lives by providing information and resources while also offering emotional support.
Throughout Michelle’s career, she has noticed a common phrase is uttered once the senior/family transitions into senior living. All too often, she hears, “I wish I would have done this sooner.”
Senior living offers the perfect combination: the independence you want, along with the worry-free lifestyle you need.
Leslie Brown
Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing
Leslie is a native Nashvillian with over 25 years combined in health care and business management. She joined Clarendale Senior Living in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
The reward of meeting prospective residents and serving as a resource for families inspires Leslie daily. From her experience, she says, "Most seniors’ number one fear in making the move to senior living is losing their independence.
I am here to guide and assure them the opposite will happen as they no longer will worry about home maintenance, yardwork, cooking, or feeling isolated.
Now they can focus on what brings them joy and gain more independence than they've had in years."
