Leslie Brown
Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing
Leslie is a native Nashvillian with over 25 years combined in health care and business management. She joined Clarendale Senior Living in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University.
The reward of meeting prospective residents and serving as a resource for families inspires Leslie daily. From her experience, she says, "Most seniors’ number one fear in making the move to senior living is losing their independence.
I am here to guide and assure them the opposite will happen as they no longer will worry about home maintenance, yardwork, cooking, or feeling isolated.
Now they can focus on what brings them joy and gain more independence than they've had in years."
Kelly Woods
Director of Health Services
I am a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in senior living, and I am passionate about serving older adults because I truly believe this stage of life deserves dignity, compassion, and exceptional care. I’m originally from a place where strong values of family and service shaped who I am, and those values continue to guide my work today. Caring for people and making a meaningful difference in their lives is what motivates me every day. When I’m not at work, most of my free time is happily spent cheering on my son at baseball games. My goal in serving seniors is to provide high-quality, heartfelt care that supports independence, builds trust, and helps each person feel valued, heard, and at home.

Molly Stone
Director of Life Enrichment
Hi! I’m Molly Stone, the Director of Life Enrichment at Clarendale West End. I grew up in Odessa, Florida, on a large horse farm, where my dad worked as a farrier, and we boarded horses. Growing up surrounded by animals and the outdoors sparked a lifelong love for nature. From hiking and kayaking to camping and horseback riding, being outside has always been part of who I am. These passions continue today on our small farm in Springfield, Tennessee, where my partner and I care for our horses, two dogs, two cats, and even some chickens. My dog, Sydney, is a registered therapy dog with Therapy Arc of Middle Tennessee, and together we love visiting with our residents and spreading joy.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University in 2019, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2022. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in education, behavioral health, and animal therapy. These experiences that have shaped the way I approach creating meaningful, engaging experiences for our seniors.
Since moving to Nashville in 2023 to be closer to my sister and her family, I’ve felt incredibly fortunate to work with my amazing Life Enrichment team at Clarendale West End. Helping our residents find passion, purpose, and joy through activities is truly my favorite part of the job. I also love giving back to the community, and our outreach programs with residents are some of the most rewarding experiences we share.

Rita Feather
Move-In Coordinator
I joined Clarendale West End a few months before it’s opening. It has been truly rewarding to watch our community come to life. One of my greatest joys is seeing the friendships that have blossomed here and knowing I play a part in helping residents feel at home.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I moved to Tennessee four years ago with my dog, Bean, in search of warmer weather. Fun fact: I have a rare allergy to the cold—so don’t be surprised if you see me bundled up like a tiny ninja on chilly days! My family has gradually joined me here as well. I have a son who is 21. Three of his friends have joined us along the way. They have become my kids too. This past February my mother relocated to be close to us.
My mother has some health issues. She was living in a 3000 sq ft house with her dog. I stepped in and found her a senior high rise for her & her dog in Nashville. It quickly became apparent that she needed more care. She is now in an assisted living community. This was perfect training for my role here. I can empathize both as a daughter, and from seeing my mother’s perspective during this transition.
My career has always centered on human services and healthcare, with a passion for senior living. I studied Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University, where I first became interested in aging-in-place services. Today, I feel grateful that my path has led me to Clarendale West End, where I look forward to helping our community grow and thrive.
